Xiaomi recently launched a major camera update for its top models. I speak specifically of the Xiaomi Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro. So this new feature came integrated in the MIUI 184.108.40.206 update based on Android 11 and with it the camera application received a large number of modes. The problem is that this has seriously affected the stability of the new smartphones. So much so that on the official support website, installing MIUI 220.127.116.11 is no longer recommended.
MIUI 12: camera update wiped out smartphones!
There are, in fact, many problems. It is not possible to connect to the Internet from a second SIM. In addition, the screen stops responding when the smartphone is charging. Another issue is a large consumption of energy. But this is not the complete list of problems in MIUI 18.104.22.168. In fact, there are more issues. All of this could lead to Xiaomi pausing the distribution of firmware.
What this update did:
Version 22.214.171.124 represents a mega-update for the camera application. In fact, we have many more photo options. In addition to what was already normal, we have other options such as neon night curtain, moving clouds and running water, creative light painting, bright starry sky and romantic star trails. The interface now has specific instructions for different long exposure shooting modes.
Xiaomi has been working hard on updates for smartphones and software. One of the latter is called a “mind map”. That said, the Mind Map function supports the generation of mind maps with one click.
According to Xiaomi, it is simple, but extremely effective, and it is a very useful reasoning tool. Last month, Xiaomi’s note application added Graffiti functionality which is also very interesting.
Meanwhile, another of the highlights that is being prepared concerns privacy.
Xiaomi wants to change that and as such will launch a new privacy protection feature on MIUI 12. This new feature is in closed beta. Still it is known that the new functionality of MIUI 12 will protect users’ data.
MIUI 12 gets super new to protect users!
In fact, there is a lot of news and, frankly, something like that was sorely missed.
Right from the start we can control any application that tries to access the contents stored on the smartphone. Even if it is information regarding the installed social applications. At the moment, not all are supported yet.
However, it is also possible to choose which applications can access multimedia content. That is, if one is not listed, you simply will not be able to access it. This already destroys many dangerous attempts to access our information. Currently protected folders are DCIM / Camera and DCIM / Screenshot. Do you like Leak? We count on you!
