With the arrival of EA games on Steam, the American videogame giant has decided to bring Titanfall to Valve’s PC platform. The bugs that plague the latest version of Respawn’s iconic sci-fi FPS, however, have prompted many to organize a review bombing to report their dissatisfaction.
The sci-fi shooter from the authors of Apex Legends e Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order thus lands on Steam six years after its launch on PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The landing of the title on Valve’s digital distribution platform, however, seems to be characterized by one set of problems in the management of licenses for expansions, the audio sector and, above all, the matchmaking.
In absence of a single player careerIn fact, the multiplayer modes represent the only options available to users to immerse themselves in the frenetic battles of Titanfall, hence the caustic tones of the messages shared by the Steam user who, in some cases, even defines the title as “a fake and broken abandonware disguised as a paid game”.
According to the latest reports, however, Respawn would have made a update lato server to solve the most serious problem of the new version of Titanfall that can be purchased on Steam, namely the impossibility of tracking down multiplayer lobbies using the internal module to search for online games already started.
