The Android smartphone market is filling up with different brands and models for all tastes and also portfolios. But even so, consumers often choose to keep their older phones, and therefore less powerful, but still able to meet their needs.

What version of your Android smartphone?
Android is arguably the most popular operating system for mobile devices worldwide. Of course, it is also present in a greater diversity of devices from different brands, which thus helps in this reality.
Like others, the Google operating system is constantly being improved and releasing relevant updates in order to offer the best performance to smartphones.
The first version of Android was released on September 23, 2008, with the name Petit Four or Beta. In April 2009 the version was born Cupcake, followed by Donut that appears in September and the Eclair in October of that same year.
In May 2010, the Froyo and in February 2011 the version comes Gingerbread. At the end of the year, in December 2011, Google released the Ice Cream Sandwich.
The first version of Jelly Bean appears in July 2012 and after a year is released then Android KitKat. Later, in November 2014, the first version of the Lollipop and in October users also get the Marshmallow.
In August 2016, the Nougat and the following year the version Oreo. In 2018, Google presents the Pie and in September 2019 the Android 10.
More recently, in September 2020, the Android 11 then gives the necessary renovation to the equipment with this operating system. In short, there is already a panoply of versions that show the evolution of Google's system well.
