From the columns of the PS Blog to the stars and stripes, Sony invites PlayStation users to retrace your 2020 videogame on PS4 and PS5 through an initiative that helps enthusiasts discover the digital universes in which they spent most of their time during the year just ended.
To commemorate what the Japanese technology giant describes as a “collective journey”, the new initiative is born, linked to a wrap-up on the game statistics of individual users. Similarly to what happened in 2019 on the sidelines of the celebrations for the 25 years of the PlayStation, once again those who own a PS4 or a PlayStation 5 can rewind the tape of their videogame memories and consult the detailed statistics on the number of titles played in 2020, on trophies won and on their own favorite games.
The dynamic wrap-up resulting from the statistics collected by the Japanese company thus reconstructs the playful path undertaken by individual enthusiasts to allow them to “photograph” their own general game statistics through a free dynamic theme for PS4 and custom graphics.
The initiative started today, Tuesday 2 February, on the pages of the American PlayStation Blog and will last until March 2: in this period of time, simply access the portal opened for the occasion by Sony and generate the summary report on the trophies obtained, the titles enjoyed, the hours spent in the games connected to your account and much more. In order to generate the wrap-up with PlayStation 2020 stats, you must be at least 18 years old, authorize data collection on PS4 or PlayStation 5 and have totaled more than 10 hours of play during the year.
