Game news NieR ReIncarnation: New information on the Western release
Since February 18, Japanese players can enjoy NieR Re (In) carnation, a new license entry available on mobile. The title is expected in Europe and North America, but we will still have to be patient.
In early February, Daichi Matsukawa, director of NieR Re (in) carnation, apologized for the lack of news, and announced that a localization of texts and voices in English was in progress. While NieR Replicant ver.1.22 occupies the top spot in weekly sales, we learn that NieR Re (In) carnation localization is complete. It is once again Mr. Matsukawa who announces it, in a press release translated by the official English-speaking account of the game:
My apologies for the long silence since the last letter. Please allow me to give you the current status of the English version of NieR Re (In) carnation for those awaiting its release in North America and Europe. Localization for the initial release is complete, and we are currently making final adjustments for the upcoming pre-recording. I’m sorry for the long wait, but we’re doing our best to make sure that anyone can enjoy playing (for the title), and it would be great if everyone could wait a bit longer before the pre-registration announcement is announced.
As a reminder, NieR Re (In) carnation is a Gacha-oriented RPG developed by Applibot under the mandate of Square Enix. It is about directing a mysterious young girl, whom a spirit guides towards a strange world.
