With the process of updating Xiaomi’s portfolio to MIUI 12.5 still underway, users are focused on knowing when their model will be contemplated. Still, the world does not stop and the Chinese company already has its eyes set on the new version.
MIUI 13 will be revealed on June 25
Still without official dates, it is now known that MIUI 13 is due to be presented on June 25th. Information that was shared on a Telegram channel dedicated to news about MIUI updates.
Hence, the news arrives that Xiaomi is about to reveal the next iteration of the interface for its smartphones. The news reports that the MIUI 13 announcement will take place next month in China.
This is a practice that follows Xiaomi’s usual operating parameters. Firstly, it reveals the new version of its interface in its home market, later being exported to international markets, namely Europe.
Regarding news, there is still not much to know of what to expect from MIUI 13. One of the latest rumors states that Xiaomi may use its software as an extension of the RAM memory of smartphones.
The purpose of this functionality will be to allocate part of the equipment’s free memory as virtual RAM. A solution that aims to fill an eventual shortage of physical RAM memory, especially in smartphones more limited in this regard.
In the coming weeks we will certainly have more news to report than to expect from the new MIUI iteration. For now, this software is shrouded in some mystery and everything will only be cleared up once Xiaomi officially presents it.
I also want to leave the note that the presentations of new versions of MIUI are usually accompanied by some hardware. In this sense, it is possible that on June 25 a new smartphone will also be presented.
The speculation falls on the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4. The long-awaited model of the brand is taken for granted later this year, so it is possible that it will be revealed as early as next month.
