WFA approva Android 11 per Samsung Galaxy A30
Samsung Galaxy A30 (SM-A305F / DS) was recently identified in the Wi-Fi Alliance database with a new entry dated May 4th, which confirms that on this smartphone Samsung is running Android 11.
Samsung’s original plan for the Galaxy A30 was to update the device with the One UI 3.0 custom interface in July 2021, at least in Egypt, but the next update will most likely be based on One UI 3.1 and could arrive before July, as some Galaxy range devices listed in the original roadmap have been updated in advance.
Recently the South Korean giant had downgraded Samsung Galaxy A30 from quarterly to half-yearly security updates, although the device received the April 2021 security patch a couple of weeks ago.
In the meantime they continue to circulate new rumors about Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Active 4, two families of smartwatch extremely important for the South Korean manufacturer and highly appreciated by users.
