Just today the Star Wars Day celebrations fall, an event dedicated to the famous Sci-Fi franchise created by George Lucas, and videogame enthusiasts can only ask themselves when we finally see the announcement of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order 2.
The action game developed by Respawn Entertainment has been warmly received by critics and the public, and after years of fluctuating videogame transpositions, at least in the single player field, it has finally reached the market a Star Wars product capable of involving users both on the playful side and on the narrative side. It is therefore plausible to assume that a sequel may soon be unveiled by Electronic Arts.
While it has never officially confirmed that it is working on the project, it is very likely that Respawn is secretly shaping Jedi Fallen Order 2 among his studies. The software house, moreover, has recently said it is looking for new staff to continue working on the world of Star Wars, and a sequel to the adventure of Cal Kestis seems much more than a possibility.
We’ll see if Electronic Arts will take advantage of the summer period to announce Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order 2, of which unfortunately we do not yet know the possible launch date. The US publisher, despite having lost the exclusive for the development of games set in the Star Wars universe (for example a new Star Wars open world is in development at Ubisoft), continues its collaboration with LucasFilm Games, and we imagine it will want to expand further what is already good achieved by Respawn.
