Batman, film released in 1989 directed by an inspired Tim Burton e the memorable Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson, still represents today one of the most loved and discussed cinematic transpositions among the batman fans.
So much has remained imprinted in the minds of fans, that the film was recreated in an amazing fanmade videogame. Developed by Indie Path, the game is titled “I Am Batman“and presents a faithful vision of the world already told in the Tim Burton film. The demo was apparently made with theUnreal Engine 4, and his artistic style gives us a truly remarkable visual impact, deeply inspired by the dark hues that permeated the original film. From the streets of Gotham City, to the Batcave, everything seems to be taken over by the film, and even the Batman’s moves closely resemble those of Keaton.
Unfortunately, as made clear from the start, it is not a title intended for marketing, and there seems to be no possibility that Indie Path can give life to a video game complete with all its features. What you can admire at the top of the news, in fact, seems to be only one visual and graphic demonstration of the videogame transposition of the classic directed by Tim Burton. Who knows if Warner Bros. is not inspired by this work to maybe give life to an official project based on the beloved film. What do you think of Indie Path’s work?
