CD Projekt RED continues in its attempt to give new life to Cyberpunk 2077, a title that is as long-awaited as it is disappointing once it is released on the shelves, especially on old-gen. The software house has in fact confirmed that the game will see the arrival of the 1.3 update, which will boast important dimensions and will be the basis for the inclusion of future DLCs of the game.
The announcement did not happen with great fanfare as it has happened so far, but in response to a comment where clarifications were requested on the patch in question. The software house has therefore satisfied the user’s curiosity, answering frankly with a dry but eloquent: “is coming”.
However, the team did not give a publication window for the aforementioned patch, and consequently it is difficult to imagine how far it will come. However, it is reasonable to think that this patch will be available to all users within this month, as also leaked from the files of the Epic Games Store.
It is not currently known what this patch will introduce, or if and what technical fixes it will bring to the game. The only certain thing at the moment is that it will weigh about 38GB and that there is a strong interest in it since, in fact, will be the basis for the introduction of additional content. And you, are you looking forward to the arrival of this patch? Tell us in the comments, as always!
Cyberpunk 2077 is available for Google Stadia, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One; and can be played in backward compatibility on Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. In the meantime, remember that CD Projekt has promised it will start developing more Triple A games in parallel, while also aiming at better quality controls and more prudent announcements, just to avoid the Cyberpunk case.
