The online stores of Steam and PlayStation Store are down this Thursday (22). Reports of downtime in services began to appear around 12:00 (GMT), according to the Down Detector website.
When trying to access the pages via browser, users are seeing the message “Service Unavailable – DNS failure”.
Also according to Down Detector, the failure is general and is also affecting access to services in other ways, such as through the console (in the case of PSN), apps and computer software.
Users used social networks to complain about the problem and, apparently, the fall is global, as it was possible to see people from around the world talking about the subject.

The problem, which was apparently more serious, also ended up affecting game servers like Fortnite, Call of Duty and Warframe. For now, the cause of the falls is still unknown.
O Voxel is monitoring the situation and will update the article with the next news on the subject.
