Baradar released an audio statement on Monday saying he was alive and that the viral news of his alleged demise was a rumour. Baradar said in the clip, “My death was reported in the media. For the past few nights I have been on tours. I am fine wherever I am at the moment. All my brothers and friends are fine too. Media always publishes fake news. So, bravely dismiss all those lies, and I confirm to you 100 percent that I don’t have a problem.
