Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is visiting America, addressed the United Nations General Assembly. During this, he started with Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay’s Ektva Manav Darshan and concluded his address with Tagore’s poem, giving lessons of relevance with the help of Chanakya’s policies. He said that in the last one and a half the whole world is facing the biggest pandemic in a hundred years. Paying tribute to all those who lost their lives in such a terrible epidemic, said that I am representing that country. Which is called Mother of Democracy. We have a thousand-year tradition of democracy.
Referring to the unity humanism of Pandit Deen Dayal
PM Modi said in the UNGA that today is the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay ji, the pioneer of oneness human philosophy. Integral Humanism i.e. Integral Humanism. A journey of growth and expansion. This meditation is dedicated to Antyodaya. With this spirit, India is moving ahead on the path of development today. PM Modi said that development should be all-inclusive, all-nutritive, all-touchable, all-pervasive, it is our priority.

Credibility must be increased to stay relevant
PM Modi said that a great Indian strategist Chanakya had said – When right work is not done at right time, time itself destroys the success of that work. If the United Nations is to keep itself relevant, it must improve its effectiveness and increase its credibility.
Tagore’s poem ending
PM Modi said that I am ending my talk with the poem of Rabindranath Tagore. “Proceed boldly on your auspicious path of action. All weaknesses and apprehensions will be over”. It is as relevant to the United Nations as it is relevant to every responsible country. All our efforts will increase peace and harmony in the world. Will make the world healthier, safer and stronger.
