Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is about to receive the new 1.4.0 update, also called Update 4 for convenience, destined to bring several changes and news to the game, as demonstrated by the presentation trailer and the details released by Capcom.
The update is scheduled for September 30th on Nintendo Switch and on PC via Steam, and will bring with it, in addition to numerous corrections through a large patch, also some new content that expands the story and the adventures to be completed within the game.
In particular, two new monsters are coming among the news: Kulve Taroth (high difficulty) and Molten Tigrex, with the first of the two that can only be faced with a cooperative quest. On October 7, the Dreadking Rathalos will arrive, along with more quests.
As regards the additional quests, the new cooperative ones for September 30 are Fury of the Earth (Time), Oroshi Kirin (Slay) and Dragon Eggs (Explore), with more planned for October 7 (Elder Dragon Den, Dreadking & Molten, Dreadking Rathalos and Molten Tigrex). Even more sub-this is coming with Go Nuts for Donuts (Special) on September 30, followed on October 7 by Sky-Rending Roar, King Among Kings and the Special A Meaty Proposition.
In short, there are several additions planned in the coming days for Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, in addition to the numerous bug fixes and fixes that will arrive with the patch in question, both on Nintendo Switch and on PC.
