The latest update to Truck Driver resulted in unexpected technical issues. Now the developers are turning to the fans.
SOEDESCO has decided to release the upcoming DLC ”Heading North” for Truck Driver at a later date. After the latest update v1.33, the game is currently struggling with technical problems. This has led to the DLC being postponed to a later date so that SOEDESCO can continue to fix the current problems.
As announced on their social media channels, SOEDESCO has the following to say about the delay:
originally the DLC “Heading North” was supposed to be released on September 14th. Since the DLC was not yet fully developed, we have postponed the release to September 30th.
This date is now getting closer, but further unexpected technical problems due to the update v1.33 are causing us to postpone the start. As soon as these problems are fixed, we can set a new date, but since we don’t want to postpone it again, we don’t have a fixed date at the moment.
We apologize again for the inconvenience. We have made the decision to release the DLC at a later date so that we can offer everyone the best gaming experience. That was and always will be our goal – and we will keep our word.
We would like to thank you all for your patience and constant support. Rest assured that our team will continue to work hard and focus on fixing these issues.
Until then we will provide you with more content from Heading North, so stay tuned! “
