SyFy TV channel has published a new trailer for “Chucky” – a series about a killer doll. Judging by the video, the show will be a direct continuation of the original films, and along with new characters, we will be shown a lot of old ones.
In fact, this is a soft reboot.
In the trailer, you can see Alex Vincent, who played the boy Andy in “Children’s Games” in 1988, Christine Elise (the girl Kyle from “Children’s Games 2”), Jennifer Tilly (that same friend of Chucky) and Fiona Dourif (the main character of “Chucky’s Curse” ).
The main character of the show is a 14-year-old teenager who loves to restore broken dolls. And then one day he finds Chucky.
The series “Chucky” will be released on October 12th. Responsible for its creation is Don Mancini, creator and main scriptwriter of the franchise.
