Rhythm ‘n Bullets – im Test (PS4) – Aroged

In VR arenas, abstract shapes fly towards you, which you shoot with your two spaceships controlled by a move controller. At the push of a button, you can switch between three projectile colors to kill the appropriate opponent, the rhythm aspect ensures (slightly) stronger shots with the right timing. At the end of a round there are still bosses waiting to spread a bit of a bullet-hell mood.

In terms of craftsmanship, the shooting is as competent as it is unspectacular and, above all, leaves the impression that interesting ideas are there, but that these have been integrated rather unwieldy or inconsequential.

Entertaining, but also quickly becoming dull and somewhat unnecessarily complicated VR shooting gallery.
