PlayStation Plus subscribers can look forward to three additional free games in the coming month of November – and that has a special background.
The additional titles that go beyond the regular triumvirate of two free PS4 and one PS5 game per month are PSVR titles. In this way, Sony wants to celebrate the five-year anniversary of the virtual reality platform in style.
In November there are therefore three full PSVR versions for PS Plus subscribers for free – in addition to the regular offer of monthly free games. The VR headset was released in 2016 and has since proven to be quite successful for Sony.
Im Entry on the PlayStation Blog, in which the announcement of the PSVR full versions takes place, Sony goes into the history of PlayStation VR so far. More than 500 games and VR experiences have been released since then. The five most played PSVR titles worldwide are:
- Rec Room
- Beat Saber
- PlayStation VR Worlds
- The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR
- Resident Evil 7 Biohazard
More new VR titles are in the works, as well as a hardware successor to PSVR for the PS5. Which full versions you will get in November for free, provided you have a PS Plus subscription, will be announced at a later date.
