At first glance, Mass Effect and Hollow Knight have nothing in common. The first is a sci-fi space opera about aliens, and the second goes deep underground, exploring a unique society of insect-like creatures. Despite their differences, one fan of both episodes decided to combine them.
As you can see in the post below, Twitter user LeafJuly drew the companions of Mass Effect 1 and Saren using an art style almost identical to that seen in Hollow Knight.
The results are amazing, with everything from the adorable Ummu-style version of Liara to the creepy mantis-style incarnation of Saren. According to the author, next time he plans to draw the characters of Mass Effect 2.
