According to insider Millie A, Microsoft would have gotten “a kind of exclusivity“for a large third-party game that will therefore arrive exclusively on Xbox (and PC) platforms and will also be available on Xbox Game Pass.
If the arrival of a third party game on Game Pass on day one is nothing new (it happened for example just recently with Back 4 Blood) the fact that the title in question can only be released on Xbox platforms it has generated considerable curiosity, even if at the moment, unfortunately, the insider is not unbalanced and we do not know anything else.
Millie A lets it be known that her source used the terms “delighted” e “ecstatic“in reference to the parties involved in this agreement, apparently both Microsoft and the developers and the publisher they would be very happy with the collaboration.
All good then? In fact, Jez Corden and Jeff Grubb responded to Millie A’s Tweet stating that they had not heard anything of the kind from their sources and therefore questioning the insider’s words. While Millie A has gained some credibility in recent times, Grubb and Corden certainly have a larger network of contacts and a positive track record. We look forward to further details that can help us shed light on the matter.
