Samsung has already started production of the next high-end Galaxy S22 smartphone. This is what the well-known German website WinFuture reports. Thus, at this moment, the components for the three models are already being produced, Galaxy S22 (model SM-S901), Galaxy S22 Plus (SM-S906) and Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908).
Samsung Galaxy S22: Smartphone Production Has Started!
Production started in the middle of last week and is limited, for the time being, to a few components. Meanwhile, in the case of the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung is essentially focusing on the production of the American variant.
Considering that production of Samsung smartphones normally starts three months before launch, this is in line with a possible officialization in January. This is despite some of the most recent rumors talking about a performance in February. In other words, how it used to be and about MWC.
Regarding the release of the new tops-of-the-range there is a lot of information that has been revealed in recent times.
One is that there will be something missing that many users like.
Contrary to what was initially thought, microSD cards will not even return to Samsung’s top-of-the-range smartphones and as such the Galaxy S22 will not have this much-loved function. At least that’s what the leakster FrontTron revealed.
This function was already out of range since the Galaxy Note 20 and was also not present on the Galaxy S21. However many people still expected it to come back on the Galaxy S22. Extra storage always comes in handy. Especially at a time when the videos we capture are getting more and more quality.
MicroSD cards have always been part of smartphones (except the iPhone) and continue to be a feature that many users do not do without. In any case, gradually, they began to be dismissed.
The internal memory of smartphones is always able to provide more speed than what we can find through cards.
However, since we are talking about capacity, the Galaxy S22 will have a 128GB base storage. However, it is a space that will fill up quickly. That’s why the 256 and 512GB versions will be better options for the future.
Of course, cloud storage systems help to expand the smartphone space. However, most people prefer local accommodation.
