Sony has released a new trailer dedicated to Call of Duty Vanguard and, more precisely, to the PS5 version of the shooter. The movie focuses on the innovations guaranteed by the DualSense controller of PlayStation 5 and beyond. You can see the video above.
The Call of Duty Vanguard trailer claims that, via the haptic feedback of the DualSense, it will be possible to feel the “impact of the fight” directly on the hands. With the adaptive triggers, on the other hand, it is possible to hear the shots of the projectile starting from the barrel of the weapons. The official Pulse 3D headset is then shown, allowing you to “feel the chaos of war”.
Finally, in our review, we explained to you that “The Call of Duty: Vanguard single player campaign takes up the traditional structure of the series, giving up the novelties of Black Ops Cold War and focusing rather on a quartet of characters: from the point of view narrative the idea works, but the short duration of the story mode does not allow to reserve enough space for each of them on the gameplay front; and so many mechanics end up being only hinted at, locked in the fence of a strongly scripted progression, which the developers they do little to disguise. Fortunately, the multiplayer sector will take care of the situation, thanks to the many contents already available at launch, a fun approach and a solid progression system. “
