On November 11, 2021, the famous RPG The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim celebrated its 10th anniversary. In honor of the anniversary, Bethesda Studios has released another reissue of the legendary game called the Anniversary Edition. And the players returned to their native spaces of Skyrim again.
So, on the weekend (November 13-14), The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim peak online was over 48 thousand (48,574) simultaneous players, which is one of the best indicators of Skyrim Special Edition, taking the third position in its own top. The first two places were taken by the peak online Special Edition at the 2016 release – 69,777 (October 2016) and 65,584 (November 2016).
It is worth noting that The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Special Edition has remained a fairly popular game throughout all these years, and its monthly peak online has never dropped below 15,000 concurrent players.
Well, let’s hope that on the next anniversary in 2026, the developers will already deign to please us with the next part of their beloved Scrolls franchise, and will not roll out another re-release of Skyrim.
In the meantime: “Hey, buy Skyrim!”.
Updated: By the evening of November 14, the Special Edition received another influx of players and the peak online exceeded 53 thousand simultaneously playing:
