Jeremy Renner: I told Marvel to get away from me and spend time with my daughter

We know Clint Barton as a pretty sweet and important member of the Avengers. However, his performer, Jeremy Renner, was not like that at the beginning of his career at Marvel Studios. Actor toldthat he set his own conditions for the company.

Renner noted that for the sake of his daughter he flew from London to Los Angeles to see her for only a couple of hours. He drew clear boundaries for Marvel that he did not allow to be violated:

I plucked up the courage and eventually told Marvel to get away from me and let me spend time with my daughter. I was warned that this could cost me the role, but I insisted. Said I was going to visit my daughter and it was a little rude.

Thus, Renner has established himself not only as the most daring Avenger, but also as a loving father who is not afraid of the bosses of Marvel Studios.
