While fans will likely have to wait until next year for the full game, Relic Entertainment and SEGA are preparing to give us another little taste of Company of Heroes 3 which from tomorrow can be played for free.
After celebrating the release of Age of Empires 4, the Relic Entertainment team is now focused on the next major strategic production in the works at the studio. After showing us the scenarios of the Mediterranean that will be the theater for Company of Heroes 3, the developers have programmed a long test session that starting tomorrow November 30th and until December 6th will allow players to try the skirmish mode of single player and multiplayer games. In this pre-alpha phase of the multiplayer, four maps of the Italian scenario and two factions, the US one and the Wehrmacht will be available: the American troops will be able to count on the USF Airborne which will allow the launch of paratroopers and cannons on the field while on the German front the Luftwaffe will give opponents a hard time.
The demo is already available for pre-download on Steam and will be accessible starting from 18:00 tomorrow, upon registration at “CoH development” program by Relic Entertainment. In the meantime you can find our preview of Company of Heroes 3 on the pages of Aroged.
