On December 1, a beta test of declaring a place of residence was launched on the Diya website, as planned. The new service will allow, if necessary, to change the place of residence without trips to the CNAPs and military registration and enlistment offices. You can register for testing by the link.

What you need to participate in testing the relocation service in “Actions”:

At the same time, the Ministry of Finance points out that for residents of Dnipro, Odessa, Chernivtsi, Mykolayiv and Kherson, the service will be available “a little later.”
In May, the Ministry together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, launched an electronic residence registration service in “Action”, starting its gradual deployment in seven cities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Rivne, Kryvyi Rih and Mariupol) in an experimental format. In early November, the Rada passed a bill to scale the service across Ukraine. The changes, which came into force on December 1, abolish the “registration stamp” and the paper certificate of residence, which in turn will simplify the receipt of public services without obtaining additional paperwork and trips to the CNAP.
After the gradual transition to electronic change of registration, it will no longer affect the receipt of public services – it will be possible to draw up a pension, documents or receive medical care without being tied to the place of registration. In addition, men will no longer have to go to military registration and enlistment offices to obtain a certificate.
