Electronic Arts Publishing and Respawn have officially announced that the original Titanfall will soon be phased out. The game can still be purchased from the Microsoft Store for Xbox One, but the shooter will end on March 1, 2022. Additionally, Titanfall will also be removed from EA Play on March 1, 2022, meaning it will be removed from Game Pass Ultimate as well.
At the same time, EA and Respawn note that they will continue to keep the game servers active for those who have a copy of the project.

Recall that Titanfall was originally released in March 2014 only on Xbox One and PC. In April 2014, the project made it to the Xbox 360. Titanfall was released during the days when Respawn Entertainment was an independent studio, only in 2017 the team joined EA.
