Square Enix presents the launch trailer for the Switch version of Life is Strange: True Colors. This is available in digital form since yesterday, while the packaged counterpart will follow on February 25, 2022.
The switch version of Life is Strange: True Colors was specially adapted for the Nintendo platform. The development team had set itself the goal of delivering the best possible experience with optimized graphics and optimized performance. This includes many technical changes to the game, including the complete overhaul of all character models, all environmental objects and a complete adjustment of the lighting. This allows players to immerse themselves completely in the supernatural mystery that was recently awarded the Golden Joystick for “Best Storytelling”.
When her brother is killed in a suspicious accident, Alex has to accept her unpredictable and supernatural power to learn the truth behind the incident and uncover the dark secrets hidden in the idyllic small town. The emotional journey, strength and future of Alex Chen are in the hands of the players.
at Life is Strange: True Colors it is the first offshoot of the series with German voice output. Alex Chen is voiced by Lin Gothoni, while Nick Forsberg voices her brother Gabe. Steph, known from Life is Strange: Before the Storm, is embodied by Ronja Peters. In addition, actress Lisa Vicari takes on the role of Riley, the lovable granddaughter of the local florist, and well-known YouTuber and streamer Gronkh speaks to the warm-hearted cop Pike.
Life is Strange: True Colors was also nominated by the jury of the Game Awards, consisting of representatives of the video game industry, for the categories “Best Performance”, “Best Narrative” and “Games for Impact”. The winners will be announced during the livestream on December 9th.
Life is Strange: True Colors was released on September 10th for PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
