That being said, there are two heroes who mention something special: a great cataclysm. Earthshaker with the Planetfall lasso tells about the memories of another world – a sister planet that died due to the war of the Ancients, and a fragment of which transferred the memory of mother earth and merged with Shaker. In particular, this sister planet “followed a similar path” and had the incarnations of the heroes familiar to us, their other incarnations. At the same time, Shaker talks about the impending cataclysm, and Outworld Devourer calls him a witness. Void Spirit, in turn, directly calls the upcoming event “The Great Confluence” – “The Great Confluence”, and directly says that it is approaching.
Many associated these descriptions and “Merge” with Heroes of Newerth and some upcoming event, with which heroes from the “sister world” will be added to the game – perhaps this will just happen with the final shutdown of HoN.
Whether this will actually happen – who knows. There is a possibility that the “sister world” is generally a shallow reference to DotA, linking the history of the Warcraft map and Dota 2 (this was the initial interpretation of the history of Shaker’s arcana).
