In addition to confirming that the mode correction Big Team Battle releases next week, developers 343 Industries have officially announced the arrival of a new Halo Infinite event.
The online shooter mode will be expanded from January 18 when a new event starts Cyber Showdown is a new event that gives Halo Infinite a cyberpunk feel. 343 Industries hasn’t specified how long the event will last or what rewards will be up for grabs (apart from the extravagant crest shown in the trailer), but dataminers have long since revealed some of what players will be expecting. Judging by these data, the event will last two weeks and end on February 1st. Players will be able to unlock hot pink armor and weapon skins, a pose, a weapon trinket, and more.
The event will work similarly to the previous one Fracture: Tenrai, in which players must complete certain objectives in order to progress through the free-to-play event.
Once the Cyber Showdown event ends, players won’t have to wait long for the next event to start. Fracture Tenrai will take place again on February 1st and will provide players with more ways to unlock various samurai-themed cosmetics.
