One of the main writers for the Final Fantasy series and lead writer for the remake Final Fantasy VII Kazushige Nojima complained on Twitter that he was being abused and harassed by fans of the series on social media. Only a few of the fans of the series know that Tetsuya Nomura is not involved in the remakes, so Nojima began to be pursued by the most dedicated and insane fans of the franchise.
There seems to be a slight misunderstanding, so I’ll add to it. I’m not going to stop using Twitter. I will continue to upload photos of guinea pigs. But I’m going to stop talking about specific games I’m a part of, such as FF7R. https://t.co/ND3GTyx5xk

He wrote that his thoughts and statements on Twitter undermine the value of already released and future games in the series. He decided to stop writing about games on the social network for a while. He also clarified that he would not stop posting pictures of guinea pigs.
Under the original tweet and comment, a kind of flash mob began, in which dozens of people participate. They began to write how wonderful it turned out Final Fantasy VII and thank Nojima for the work done.
