The Federation of E-Sports of Ukraine announces the holding of the 2022 Cup of Ukraine in the disciplines CS: GO and Dota 2 with a total prize fund of UAH 800,000. The Cup of Ukraine 2022 is an official sports competition recognized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine. The competition is included in the calendar of sporting events in Ukraine.
CS: GO and Dota 2 tournaments will be held online from January 28 to April 17, 2022. The Cup of Ukraine will be played in 3 stages: qualifying, group and playoff. Both competitions will take place on the WePlay Compete tournament platform. To take part in the Cup of Ukraine 2022 in the disciplines CS: GO or Dota 2 you need read the regulations and register in one of the qualifications.
Distribution of the prize fund of the tournament in the discipline CS: GO:
1st place – UAH 150 thousand
2nd place – 70 thousand UAH
3rd place – 35 thousand UAH
4th place – 25 thousand UAH
5-6 places – 20 thousand UAH
7-8 seats – 15 thousand UAH
9-12 places – 7.5 thousand UAH
13-16 places – 5 thousand UAH

The amount of winnings is indicated without taking into account the payment of taxes and mandatory payments withheld when paying them (18% of personal income tax and 1.5% of military duty). Payment is made within 90 calendar days after the end of the championship exclusively on PrivatBank bank cards.
Qualifying stage of the Cup of Ukraine 2022
Qualifying matches for CS: GO and Dota 2 tournaments within the framework of the 2022 Ukrainian Cup will be held on the platform WePlay Compete. Therefore, to participate in the competition you need to register on the platform, create a profile, and then connect your Steam to WePlay Compete.
The qualifying round of the CS: GO and Dota 2 competitions will be held on a single-elimination system with a bo1 match format. From each qualification to the next stage there are 8 teams.

Group stage of the Cup of Ukraine 2022
The group stage will be held in a round system-Round-Robin (each with each other) with the format of matches bo1. By drawing lots, participants will be divided into 8 groups of 6 teams each. The matches will take place from February 7 to 11, 2022.
From each group from both disciplines to the next stage there are 2 teams. A total of 16 teams in each discipline will take part in the final stage of the competition.
Ukraine Cup 2022 playoffs
The final stage of the Cup of Ukraine 2022 in the disciplines CS: GO and Dota 2 will be held on a double-elimination system with the format of matches bo3 (grand finals – bo5).
The teams that took the first places in the groups within the second stage will meet the teams that received invitations to the 2022 Ukrainian Cup in the first round of the playoffs. The teams that took the second places in the groups in the second stage of the competition will start the playoffs. from the first round of the lower grid. Invitations will be given to the teams that showed the best results in the 2021 Ukrainian Championship, 2021 Ukrainian Cup and 2021 Ukrainian Super Cup.
The 2022 Ukrainian Cup playoff matches will take place from February 12 to April 17 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
