Late last year, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator (TABS) made its official release after several years in Early Access. The game has been available on Game Pass for a long time and players can still continue to play it. But counting on new content for Totally Accurate Battle Simulator is no longer necessary.
Developers of Totally Accurate Battle Simulator at Reddit officially announced that they would no longer support the project. According to them, the restart of the game (full release) last year failed, and the game did not manage to attract as many users as the developers wanted. As a result, a decision was made to stop supporting TABS.
In their message, the developers note that they should have had a separate studio responsible for the in-game store, but there were problems with this. In addition, there were difficulties with cheaters, performance, and much more, because of which the creators of the project lost their audience, and now the development of Totally Accurate Battle Simulator does not pay off the current costs of support and development. As a result, the studio decided to stop supporting the game, but the servers are not closing it yet.
