Thermalright has unveiled the AXP120-X67 CPU cooler with a top-flow design. The novelty is intended for use in computers of a small form factor, using, in particular, Mini-ITX motherboards.
The device is endowed with a radiator with dimensions of 123.5 × 120 × 52 mm. Six heat pipes with a diameter of 6 mm pass through it. At the base is a nickel-plated pure copper plate.
A 120 mm TL-C12015 fan with a thickness of 15 mm on a hydrodynamic bearing is responsible for blowing the radiator. Its impeller has eleven blades. The rotation speed is controlled by pulse-width modulation (PWM), reaching 1800 rpm (±10%).
The fan is capable of generating an air flow of up to 100 cubic meters per hour. The maximum static pressure is 1.36 mm of water column. The declared noise level does not exceed 26.1 dBA.
The total height of the cooler is 67 mm. It is compatible with AMD AM4 processors and Intel LGA 115x/1200/1700/2011/2066 chips. Information about the estimated price is not available at the moment.
