On the Humble Games Showcase became “Monaco 2” by Pocket Watch Games announced the sequel to 2013’s Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine. While the predecessor still took a top-down perspective, the sequel is now announced as a 3D game with procedurally created environments. The exaggerated French accent and distinctive colors in the trailer make it clear that many elements from the first part are retained in the sequel:
In the Monaco series, heists are carried out solo or in co-op with up to four players. Good planning is essential, as is improvising when things “escalate”. The first part “Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine” was released for the PC and Xbox 360 and was also released for the Nintendo Switch in 2019.
