Unity announced a free demo game at GDC 2022 Gigayawhich is designed to teach novice developers how to create games, as well as introduce them to the Unity engine.
The title, made in the format of a platformer with puzzle elements, is completely created within the ecosystem and using the Unity toolkit. Many media outlets and experts describe the engine and the game as similar to Unreal Engine and Fortnite.
Gigaya will be released on Steam this year, development has not yet been completed.
