Publication of the leaker Digital Chat Station on the Chinese social network Weibo giving an account of some details about the Xiaomi MIX Fold 2
Xiaomi’s next foldable smartphone is expected to arrive in the middle of this year and brings with it significant improvements. The information is advanced by the leaker Digital Chat Station on the Chinese social network Weibo.
According to the well-known leaker, the new MIX Fold 2 comes with a folding book-style solution with an eight-inch inner screen and a 6.5-inch outer screen, both of which will have a 120 Hz refresh rate. – in the previous model, the external screen had a refresh rate limited to 60 Hz.

More specs expected on Xiaomi MIX Fold 2
The Xiaomi Mix Fold is equipped with an eight-inch inner screen and a 6.5-inch outer screen, specifications that the new foldable MIX Fold 2 will inherit
As for the remaining specifications of Xiaomi’s new foldable, the well-known leaker claims that the Chinese brand can equip it with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor, manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process.
This is a novelty taking into account that previously released information indicated that the terminal would arrive with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip at the controls, but it seems that Xiaomi prefers to wait for the optimized chip from Qualcomm that (ideally) will come to solve the problems of overheating.
Recall that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus processor should have a super large Cortex-X2 core, three large Cortex A710 cores and four small Cortex-A510 cores.
For the rest, forecasts point to the terminal reaching the market with a price of around 1,430 euros, similar to its predecessor.
