The planned change to sharing clips directly from the Xbox Dashboard has been reverted.
A preview of the dashboard allowed Xbox Insiders to try out new features in mid-March. This also included changes to the sharing of content.
It was noticed that the option to share clips directly from the dashboard on Twitter had been removed. The reason for the change was that in future the content should first be sent to your mobile device in order to share it from there.
The Xbox team has now reversed this change for Insiders in the beta ring with the latest release. The confirmed also Brad Rossetti from the Xbox Insider program.
So, as far as clip sharing via Twitter goes, everything stays as is.
