The Xbox Game Studios are forced to greet an important piece of the history of Microsoft. Chris Novakhead of the research and design division of Xboxhe left his role after 20 years of honorable service, without however explaining in detail the reasons for his farewell.

From Novak’s words it emerges that the idea of leaving his position has already emerged in recent years due to factors external to his work.
“My trip now includes a period of reflection and rest, one that I promised myself a few years ago after a significant event that took place outside the workplace. I’ll spend some time doing design tours wherever I can. “I’ve found that the best things I’ve seen I’ve done in gaming have started from other areas, and I want to move towards them big time. Early in his career at Microsoft, Chris Novak worked as a design director for several first party productions such as the Project Gotham Racingthe first Forza Motorsport it is the first Crackdown. Becoming design architect in 2009, in the following years he collaborated in the development of titles such as Ryse: Son of Rome, Sunset Overdrive And Quantum Break.
