While Elden Ring was by no means meant to be a horror game, it does have quite a few scary and creepy moments in certain locations, enemies, and concepts.
One such place is the dim, mist-filled Kariya Manor. As if the atmosphere of the area wasn’t enough, the estate is teeming with some of the game’s most terrifying enemies: the arachnid Charmed Hands.
They come in small and large sizes. Their attacks are fast and their grappling moves can take a lot of your health. However, the scariest aspect of these creatures is that they can be found lurking underground, lying in wait for players. Recently, Reddit user F_M119 was traveling through Azerbaijan and spotted a chilling sculpture that looked exactly like the hiding hands of the Kariya estate.
He noted that he was unable to bring himself to approach the sculpture due to the memory from the game. Users supported these sentiments.
The sculpture seems to be perfect for Elden Ring, not only because of the resemblance to the Enchanted Hands, but also due to the tree in the center, hinting at the main symbol of the game.
