for Lost Ark is a new update available for download ready. The new patch follows in the course of a downtime: The Amazon MMORPG was temporarily offline this morning – the weekly maintenance work took place a day earlier than usual. The servers are now back, logins and joining the game are possible again. In a current forum thread, the developers from Amazon and Smilegate RPG share what changes and Innovations with the patch queue.
What’s in the update?
“Unlocking a character slot no longer reduces the remaining number of available purchases for character slot expansion tickets. If you were previously unable to unlock all character slots due to this bug, you will now be shown the correct number of remaining tickets,” the creators share in the patch notes. In addition, individual entries in the emoticon list have been corrected. Fixed the issue where the Feiton Power Pass could not be used if various world quests in the previous continents were not completed. “As long as the Feiton quest ‘Will’ is completed, you can use the power pass,” the developers add. A bug in the report system has also been fixed.
Period for the May update
In the patch notes, the developers also state that the weekly restart will still take place at the usual time on Thursday at 12 noon. There’s also new information about the May update: The makers are currently “fine-tuning and testing the game build for our content update”. The release is therefore planned for the third week of May – so from May 16th. The developers want to announce the content of the patch before the release. By the way: You are currently getting new “free” loot for Lost Ark with Prime Gaming.
