The developers announced the release date of the game on a special stream, where they also talked about the visual component and atmosphere.
According to the authors, they created all the assets from scratch, without using content from previous parts of the Dead Space series. Igrodely put a lot of effort to achieve the level of immersion in the atmosphere of space horror that was inherent in the games of the original trilogy.
The Dead Space remake will release on January 27, 2023. The game is being developed for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
