The DPC will be held in the playoff format, open qualifiers will be held on May 15-16, and closed qualifiers on May 17. The two winners of the qualifiers will take part in the playoffs with the rest of the teams. The second division of DPC Eastern Europe will be held on May 19-22.
In the first division DPC EEU HellRaisers and PuckChamp fell into the second division.
