Ubisoft is using the weekend after the release of The Division 2’s current title update to whet your appetite for the third-person shooter for free.
For everyone who hasn’t heard yet: The Division 2 can be played for free from now until May 16 at 9 p.m. on all platforms (PC, Xbox, Playstation, Stadia). This gives you another chance to experience the third-person shooter in post-dollar flu Washington.
You can also familiarize yourself with the new features of the current Title Update 15, which was imported on Thursday. The same was also the start of the new “Season 9: Hidden Alliance”.
The fresh season continues the story of The Division and brings the agents back to the aftermath of their mission to defeat a former commander-turned-traitor. Captain Lewis is the new target and you must collect intel to take out four high-level True Sons before you can face him yourself. Season 9 marks the first of three seasons that are scheduled to appear later this year.
There is also a new co-op mode for eight players, Countdown, in which you have to secure a power plant within just 15 minutes.
