An authoritative Chinese insider under the nickname Digital Chat Station has revealed some technical characteristics of the flagship smartphones Honor 70, which are expected to be released in the near future.
According to an insider, the top model of the Honor 70 series will receive a huge Sony IMX800 main camera sensor. It’s worth noting that Sony hasn’t unveiled the IMX800 sensor yet, but it’s rumored to be 1/1.1″ larger than the Samsung GN2’s 50MP sensor.
Earlier, a new Honor smartphone with model number FNE-AN00 was registered with the Chinese 3C agency, from which some of its specifications became known. The alleged Honor 70 will feature a 6.67-inch Full HD OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, as well as a 4800mAh battery with support for 60W fast charging.
It is expected that the Honor 70 series will consist of three models: the regular one with Snapdragon 7xx chip, Pro on Dimensity 8100 and Pro+ on Dimensity 9000.
Most likely, Honor will announce the date of the presentation of Honor 70 in the coming days.
