Apple has officially announced that Carpool Karaoke will return to Apple TV+ on May 27. Zooey Deschanel, Simu Liu and other stars will take part in the fifth season of “road karaoke”.
The company has shared a short trailer on the YouTube channel of longtime show host James Cordon. In a press release, Apple announced that the new season of Carpool Karaoke also stars Jessica Henwick, Murray Bartlett, Alexandra Daddario, and Sydney Sweeney. Incidentally, Apple itself acquired the rights to Carpool Karaoke from CBS in 2016.
