Scottish actor Billy Boyd, best known for playing Peregrine Took in Peter Jackson’s adaptation of The Lord of the Rings, will join the cast of the upcoming Elder Scrolls Online expansion High Island.
Boyd will take on the role of Bragas, a card sharper who introduces players to the new Gwent-like card game TESO Tales of Tribute.
Boyd seems to genuinely love games and fantasy and really gives it his all. He characterizes the wood elf as a soft-spoken and carefree free spirit, much like one of the furry inhabitants of the Shire. Let’s hope Zenimax Online takes full advantage of this talent and puts Bragas at the center of some of the questlines.
