Dusk Golem has opened Pandora’s box with the new screenshots of Silent Hill and various insiders revealed information on Konami’s plans for the return of Silent Hill, including VGC’s Andy Robinson who shared his report released last year and which in fact revealed important details.
Robinson points out that he is currently aware of at least three different Silent Hill games in the works at as many development studios around the world. One of these appears to be its own Silent Hill developed by Bloober Teamprobably a remake of Silent Hill 2 even if there is no confirmation on the matter.
The second game could be Hideo Kojima’s Silent Hill for PS5, a probable new episode “regular“of the saga and / or ideal continuation of the work done on Silent Hills before the cancellation in 2015. On the other hand, there is mystery about the third projectaccording to many a Silent Hill spin-off developed by a studio outside Konami.
At the moment none of these games have been announced yet but who knows that summer may not bring news about the return of Silent Hill. So many clues, very few certainties to date, with rumors and speculations circulating on forums and social networks but without certainties.
