HoYoverse announced for Genshin Impact new character. They became the commission detective Tenryo Shikanoin Heizo. This is a representative of the Anemo element.
The detective is famous for his rich imagination, lively mind, impeccable logic and incredible intuition. The hero is presented as cheerful and active. It can be seen that he also skipped the day when they gave out a black coat, a hat and a personal thundercloud.
Shikanoin Heizo is expected to receive four rarity stars and be introduced in Update 2.8.
