Since its first launch last year, Netflix has turned Geeked Week, a week dedicated to upcoming movies and TV shows, into an annual event. While the 2022 show is still a few weeks away, the new teaser trailer for the week of reveals and announcements definitely makes it clear that it’s worth the wait.
Over the course of five days of Geeked Week, Netflix is set to highlight over 60 different projects in development, including the third season of The Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things 4, Resident Evil and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. In addition to these series, the new trailer for Geeked Week features some new footage from the film adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman, with Tom Sturridge as Sleep and Gwendolyn Christie as Lucifer. With so much planned for Geeked Week by Netflix, the streaming giant has wisely decided to dedicate each day of events to different types of content: episodic series, then movies, animation, an entire day dedicated to Stranger Things, and finally a look at some of Netflix’s upcoming games. .
Netflix Geeked Week will run from June 6 to 10.
